Last week I bought myself some pretty rad popsicle molds. I've already made a batch and polished them off pretty darn fast. Staring in this batch is a good handful each of frozen raspberries, blueberries and peaches. I then threw in a couple of spoonfuls of raspberry and lemon sorbet. The finishing touch was a few splashes of pineapple-orange juice and blended the heck out of the whole shibang. Now the hard part...waiting for them to freeze!
