Home Grown

I received a cherry tomato plant as a gift back at the beginning of spring and boy is it taking off! Each day I look forward to going out and collecting these lovely little red gems. They are so sweet and delicious!

The Unveiling

Well, I figured it was time to unveil (belatedly) the new do. I love it. But I must say, it took some getting used to and it is quite hilarious when I wake up in the morning. I'm starting to forget what it was like to have long hair. I'm glad I finally gathered the courage to go through with it. And as always, when I'm having a bad hair day (which I have lots more of now) I just remind myself that it grows back, so no worries :)

Stetson

I've always had a thing for hats...but I never really wore them because my hair was always in a ponytail. Now that my hair is short, I'm finding myself gravitating to hats even more. This awesome stetson (yes stetson!) is on sale at Madewell and I think I might be in love.

I've been seeing more and more patterned shorts popping up in stores and I have to say, at first I wasn't too sure about them, but they've grown on me. It's a fun way to dress up just a simple shorts and tank look for the summer. I'm seriously lusting after the In The Square Shorts.

Running Away
