Definitely Not a Bad Day


Yesterday my dear friend Elizabeth and I tried our hand at making fresh mozzarella using a cheese making kit I received for christmas (I know...it's August). It was quite a fun process, and although our results weren't exactly what we had hoped, we did get some boccocini out of it. We added garlic, chives, rosemary, basil, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to the jars with the cheese and covered them in olive out. They look so beautiful! Can't wait to try it again.
