I was lucky enough to get my hands on my grandma's old Schwinn Collegiate 5 speed today and let me tell you, I am extremely excited about this! The tires and rims are in rough shape, but everything else seems to be pretty functional. My dad seems quite interested in helping me restore it to a rideable state, which is fantastic because I don't know diddly squat about bikes. Can't wait to see how it turns out!

It's hard to see in the pictures, but I think we have twin bikes except that mine is teal. I love the basket on yours! I'm in the market for a fabulous basket for mine - every bike needs a picnic basket. ;) Yay!
