Couldn't Help Myself

I really couldn't stop myself from making this purchase from gilt tonight. I mean seriously, we all know my love for Montana. I am very excited.

Sunflowers!

Three weeks ago I planted these little guys...look how big they are!! I started them from seeds in tiny little cups and had to transplant them just a week later! Its so exciting, it seems like they're getting taller every time I go out to water! I sound like I'm talking about my children...I can't wait for them to start blooming!

Playing Photographer

A long time friend of mine got married a few weekends ago and I had the wonderful pleasure of shooting their wedding! It was a most beautiful and intimate ceremony in her grandmother's garden with only the immediate family present. Here are just a few shots from the day.

Nature's Bounty

These big beauties are about to make their appearance in some mixed berry pies! Their co-stars are blueberries and some Ohio grown wild blackberries. I'm on a big strawberry kick these days, I have found that while they are indeed fantastic all by themselves, the addition of nutella is definitely not a negative one. Yummm.

Ducks

You may remember some time ago, I posted about my baby ducks. Well, they definitely aren't babies anymore and yesterday they went to their new home at our friend's pond. I must say, I was sad to see them go. They had been living in the back yard with a kiddy pool and little duck house that the BF and I made, but they are quite the poopers and had pretty much outgrown the kiddy pool. It was time for them to go. You will be missed ducks.

Making Progress

Still growing!

The lovely little wild blackberry bush in the back yard is making some serious progress since the last time we checked in on them. Mmmm, I can almost taste them they look so good!

Dreaming Again

I'm catching myself dreaming again...this dress is amazing, simply amazing. I'm falling in love with it more and more as we speak. I can only hope that someday it will go on sale and become slightly less outrageously priced so I can get my hands on it!
