Weekend!

Whew! So glad it's finally the weekend! I've had an exciting week filled with starting a new job and lots of outdoor activities. I am now a new employee at the local flower shop in town. It's a charming little place and I am looking forward to learning all I can! Have a lovely weekend!

Dream Come True

You may remember this lovely little number from a while back? I was gushing about it with great gusto? Well the gods must have been smiling down on me this fine day beacause....I GOT IT! I GOT IT!!! I hate admitting it, but I truly am madly in love with this dress and then it had to go on sale and make itself available at a slightly lower price for me to buy. I feel like it's christmas day and santa just brought me the ultimate gift!

I found this beauty while wasting time on the fabulous etsy. I have a thing for maps and globes and I'd love to have this handsome fellow in my house someday.

Aprons

I have a thing for aprons, I think they are awesome and fantastic and I love being fashionable in the kitchen! It prolly has to do with the fact that I also have a think for cooking. They really seem to go hand in hand. Isn't this little number just adorable? It's on sale at Anthropologie and I want it very badly...we'll see how much longer I can hold off.

Baby Ducks!

Check out my new family!!! The BF got me 6 baby ducks...and they're too cute! I don't have names for all of them yet (I can't tell them apart!) but we want to name two of them Cheese and Quackers. It sounds like Elizabeth might be taking two off our hands, but I'm all kinds of excited about them! I can't wait to get out the kiddie pool and take them for a swim!

Our adorable little cabin

This is a long overdue post, especially since Elizabeth and I had our mini vacay over a week ago. So to recap, the two of us have been wanting to go on a vacation for quite some time now. However, we're both on budgets so we decided to keep it low key and just stay in a cabin in southern Ohio for a couple of nights. The cabin was adorable and fantastic with all the necessities like a hot tub and fire place. It was quite the romantic getaway, with champagne, sushi and cozy movie watching by the fire. My only complaint is that we didn't have more time there! Hopefully we'll both see this darling cabin again someday.

Rad

These postcards found on Felt & Wire Shop are pretty freaking fantastic. I can picture myself sending one to my totally rad big brother. Wouldn't receiving one of these in the mail just make you smile? Sadly they are out of stock or I would have already purchased them by now.
